The full calorie P3toLife recipes are the ones to use while following the P3toLife main program (while you are in Phase 3).
LOW CALORIE P3 TO LIFE RECIPES
These are lower-calorie versions of the P3tolife recipes, for those who would like to attempt some additional weight loss on their own by using some lower-calorie eating days. To be utilized after Phase 3 is over. You could also utilize these to do a correction week following a little weight gain.
